With healthcare costs rising, it's not always possible or desirable to put your loved one in a nursing home. They may not receive the individualized care they need to get them through the day. But keeping them at home poses unique challenges as well. Perhaps they need round-the-clock, or 8-hour care. Or someone to come in a few hours a week to read to them. Or maybe you just need a weekend to relax and rejuvenate. Whatever the reason, we understand that sometimes you can't always be there with your loved one to provide the tender care they deserve. Knowing that, we have recruited only those nursing assistants we are confident will look after your loved one as if they were members of the family. Our home health aides are carefully screened by an RN with over 10 years' nursing experience in the Columbus community. Only those aides with verified state certification are offered employment. If you've got Abundle of Care certified nursing assistants coming to your home, you'll know that your loved one is receiving the best care possible. You'll never have to worry that they'll be unable to follow procedure in a crisis situation. Not only are our nursing assistants certified by the state of Georgia, they also are required to keep current CPR and First Aid certification as well. We are providers for the following programs: MRWP: Mental Retardation Waiver Program--A Medicaid Waiver Program that provides personal support services (in home health care) to persons who a re developmentally disabled. Counties we serve are:Troup, Meriwether, Harris, Talbot, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Marion, Stewart, Sumter, Randolph, and Webster. CCSP: Community Care Support Program--A Medicaid reimbursement program that provides assistance to individuals that are older and/or functionally impaired to continue living in their own homes and communities as an alternative to nursing home placement for as long as possible. Counties we serve are: Harris, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Marion, Sumter, Stweart, Randolph, Talbot, Webster, Troup, Meriwether, Calhoun, Dougherty, Lee and Terrell. SOURCE: A Medicaid Waiver Program that links primary medical care to community services through a primary care physician and case management team for elserly and/or disabled Georgia residents who are eligible for SSI or disability. SOURCE contracts with the Department of Community Health (DCH) to reduce the need for long-term institutional placement and assists with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Counties we serve are: Harris, Muscogee, and Chattahoochee. AC: Alabama Cares--A grant program that provides personal care, homemaker, and respite services. Counties we serve are Lee and Russell. Alabama Medicaid: We also provide personal support services for Alabama residents who have or are eligible for Medicaid.We service east Alabama.
